Paula is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who graduated from Herzing University in December of 2020. Prior to her licensure as a PTA, Paula received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in May of 2018. While she was working towards her PTA degree, Paula was recognized and awarded “Outstanding Student of the Year” by the Minnesota Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She enjoys utilizing a variety of treatment approaches and techniques with each of her patients. Paula loves seeing an array of patients every day, but specifically has interests in balance, shoulder, back, and knee pathologies. Her initial interest in physical therapy stemmed from following her father’s rehabilitation after a shoulder surgery.
In her spare time, Paula enjoys traveling around the world, game nights, spending time with her husband and two dogs, cooking, and baking sourdough bread. She loves being active and experiencing new things.
