Front Desk/Clinical Support – West St. Paul and Oakdale Clinic

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Front Desk/Clinical Support team members to provide superior customer service at our West St. Paul and Oakdale Clinics.

  • West St. Paul position is part-time, 32 hours/week, benefits-eligible.
  • Oakdale position is full-time, 40 hours/week, benefits-eligible.

Responsibilities include patient check-in/registration, collecting co-pays, insurance verification, scheduling follow-up appointments, entering data in the EMR, performing chart audits, rooming patients, maintaining and cleaning patient therapy and lobby areas.

Qualifications must include two plus years front desk and clinical support experience in an outpatient clinic setting. EMR/scheduling system experience required. Strong understanding of insurance. Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Athletic Trainers – Casual Opportunities

OSI provides athletic training services for three high schools in the North Metro. We are seeking certified, licensed, and experienced athletic trainers to provide casual coverage when needed.

  • Provide athletic training services including prevention, evaluation and treatment of athletic injuries and illnesses.
  • Provide basic and emergency treatment interventions to injured student athletes.
  • Effectively communicate with school activities director, coaches, parents, athletes and full-time OSI athletic trainer, as necessary.

Must possess a State of Minnesota Athletic Trainer License, NATABOC certification, and CPR/AED certification.

OSI provides professional liability coverage and a competitive hourly pay rate.

Front Desk/Clinical Support – Float

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated front desk/clinical services support team members to provide superior customer service to our patients. Responsibilities include front desk coverage for patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling patients, maintaining therapist schedules, rooming patients and other clinical support duties.

We have two Float positions providing support to all OSI clinic locations. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, regular daytime business hours.

Qualifications must include previous front desk and clinical support experience in an outpatient clinic setting. Solid understanding of third-party payer insurance and experience utilizing an EMR required. Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work variable hours at different locations is critical for success in this role.
