PTA / CSS Float

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who will provide float coverage at our clinics. This position will also provide front desk coverage and clinical services support, as needed.

Candidates must be a graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant Program and licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota.

Work schedule will be Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week.

Physical Therapist – West St. Paul Clinic

Our West St. Paul Clinic is seeking a physical therapist with a preference to treat the spine, general orthopedic injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Schedule will be Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week. Clinical team includes four PTs/DPTs and one PTA. This is a well-run clinic that provides superior care to a large following of patients.

Qualifications must include a Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy with Minnesota licensure. New graduates welcome or up to two years outpatient clinic practice experience. Specialty certifications strongly desired.

Athletic Trainer

We are seeking an experienced certified athletic trainer to provide athletic training services for Forest Lake High School and local community events.

This is a full-time (40 hours/week), benefits-eligible position.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide athletic training services including prevention, evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation for student athlete injuries and illnesses
  • Provide basic and emergency treatment interventions for injured student athletes
  • Effectively coordinate and communicate with the school’s activities director, coaches, medical providers, student athletes and their family members
  • Maintain proper documentation including treatment records, medical records and emergency information of all athletes
  • Provide referrals to OSI Physical Therapy for the prevention and rehabilitation of student athletes’ injuries
  • Coordinate the school’s Athletic Training Room including maintaining an up-to-date list of supplies and equipment
  • Develop and grow effective relationships with local community leaders
  • Provide community outreach education and presentations
  • Provide care extender and clinical services support, under the guidance of physical therapists, within the OSI Forest Lake Clinic

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Athletic Training
  • NATABOC certification
  • Licensed in the State of Minnesota
  • Previous athletic training experience within an academic setting serving student athletes
  • CPR/AED certification
  • PT clinic experience desired; however, not required

We prefer candidates who live in or very near the Forest Lake area.
