Provider Relations Liaison

We are seeking an experienced provider relations/marketing professional to play a key role in our growth.  This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position requiring flexibility and creativity to secure and maintain new and existing referral sources.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase and maintain physician and other external referral sources within the Twin Cities Metro and Western Wisconsin.
  • Strengthen and cultivate new and existing physician relationships through regular office visits utilizing effective communication skills.
  • Promote OSI using marketing strategies through the website, social media and written communications focused on OSI capabilities and services.
  • Develop, coordinate and participate in community events providing awareness of OSI locations, capabilities and services.
  • Coordinate with OSI clinic leadership and therapy staff to promote OSI specialty skills, capabilities and services.
  • Utilize CRM system to efficiently and effectively maintain referral database and track referral statistics, activities and outcomes.
  • Provide clinical support and customer care staff with information specific to new referring physicians/practices and to ensure the delivery of quality customer service.


  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Previous sales and marketing experience in health care, medical product or other service industries.
  • History of cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with referring physicians or business referral sources.
  • Strong basic understanding of medical terminology preferred.
  • Social media expertise and strong computer skills.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Professional and effective written and oral communication skills.
