Customer Care Representative

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated customer care representative to provide superior customer service to incoming patients calls.

This position plays a key role in the organizations growth by creating opportunities to educate new and existing patients on the expertise and services we provide in the areas of physical and occupational therapy. As a member of our centralized customer care center, this position will be responsible for responding/answering both incoming calls and online requests from prospective patients and referral sources in an effort to secure new patients.

Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, entering patient data into EMR and scheduling, multi-tasking multiple electronic mediums, and conducting outbound calls.

Qualifications must include previous call center experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding teamwork. Health care industry experience and experience with EMR and scheduling systems strongly desired. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), benefit-eligible positions.

Certified Athletic Trainer

We are seeking an experienced certified athletic trainer to share AT responsibilities at Stillwater High School and to work at our Stillwater Clinic.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Providing athletic training services including prevention, evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of athletic injuries and illnesses.
  • Providing basic and emergency treatment interventions to injured athletes.
  • Effectively communicating and working with the school’s Activities Director, coaches, athletes, parents and the OSI Athletic Training Manager.
  • Maintaining proper documentation including treatment records, medical records and emergency information of all athletes.
  • Coordinating and communicating effectively with medical providers.
  • Providing referrals to OSI Physical Therapy for the prevention and rehabilitation of athletes’ injuries.
  • Co-managing the school’s Athletic Training Room including assisting with maintaining an up-to-date list of supplies and equipment.
  • Developing and growing effective relationships with local community leaders.
  • Providing community outreach education and presentations.
  • Clinic responsibilities will include providing scribe services for our Owner/PT and assisting therapists with a variety of patient services.


  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in a field related to athletic training.
  • NATABOC certification.
  • Licensed in the State of Minnesota.
  • CPR/AED certification.
  • Concussion management training and experience.
  • PT clinic experience desired; however, not required.

Clinic Services Support (CSS)

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated clinical services support personnel to provide superior customer service to our patients.

Responsible for clinic front desk activities including patient check-in and registration, verifying insurance, entering patient data into the EMR, maintaining therapist schedules, rooming patients, setting up equipment and providing instruction. Qualifications must include previous clinical services support experience including scheduling, insurance, EMR, and excellent interpersonal skills. These are full-time (40 hours per week), benefit-eligible positions.
