Provider Relations Liaison

We are seeking an experienced provider relations/marketing professional to play a key role in our growth.  This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position requiring flexibility and creativity to secure and maintain new and existing referral sources.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase and maintain physician and other external referral sources within the Twin Cities Metro and Western Wisconsin.
  • Strengthen and cultivate new and existing physician relationships through regular office visits utilizing effective communication skills.
  • Promote OSI using marketing strategies through the website, social media and written communications focused on OSI capabilities and services.
  • Develop, coordinate and participate in community events providing awareness of OSI locations, capabilities and services.
  • Coordinate with OSI clinic leadership and therapy staff to promote OSI specialty skills, capabilities and services.
  • Utilize CRM system to efficiently and effectively maintain referral database and track referral statistics, activities and outcomes.
  • Provide clinical support and customer care staff with information specific to new referring physicians/practices and to ensure the delivery of quality customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Previous sales and marketing experience in health care, medical product or other service industries.
  • History of cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with referring physicians or business referral sources.
  • Strong basic understanding of medical terminology preferred.
  • Social media expertise and strong computer skills.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Professional and effective written and oral communication skills.

Certified Athletic Trainer

We are seeking an experienced certified athletic trainer to provide AT services at Stillwater High School and clinical support at our Stillwater Clinic.   This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Providing athletic training services including prevention, evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of athletic injuries and illnesses.
  • Providing basic and emergency treatment interventions to injured athletes.
  • Effectively communicating and working with the school’s Activities Director, coaches, athletes, parents and the OSI Athletic Training Manager.
  • Maintaining proper documentation including treatment records, medical records and emergency information of all athletes.
  • Coordinating and communicating effectively with medical providers.
  • Providing referrals to OSI Physical Therapy for the prevention and rehabilitation of athletes’ injuries.
  • Co-managing the school’s Athletic Training Room including assisting with maintaining an up-to-date list of supplies and equipment.
  • Developing and growing effective relationships with local community leaders.
  • Providing community outreach education and presentations.
  • Clinical responsibilities will include assisting therapists with a variety of patient services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in a field related to athletic training.
  • NATABOC certification.
  • Licensed in the State of Minnesota.
  • CPR/AED certification.
  • Concussion management training and experience.
  • PT clinic experience desired; however, not required.
