If you need physical therapy for any reason, this is the place you want to be.  The staff here from the receptionist to the therapist are AMAZING! I have been going to OSI on White Bear off and on for 3 years.  I honestly cannot say enough about Jordan and Jodie,!  They are so good at what they do,  I am almost finished with my sessions, and I can tell you, I am going to miss them,  I look forward to them every week. I will not ever go anyplace else as long as these two are there. For the past few weeks, I have also had the privilege of working with a trainee name Brian!  He to is great!  He is going to make a wonderful therapist .  Better grab him while you can. The results of my therapy has and is amazing!!!  I could not be any happier!! I have a problem trusting certain people, but I trust these guys with my whole heart. The new receptionist is a great people person. Exceptional Care for Frozen Shoulder – Beyond 5 Stars! For Jody, Amy and Jordan I am far beyond grateful and fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Jody, Amy and Jordan all through 2024, for my frozen shoulder. I walked in with immense pain, very restricted mobility, and a deep sense of frustration and agony about my condition in December of 2023. Thanks to OSI Maplewood team [Jody, Amy & Jordan], my perspective and my life have completely changed. Here is a respectful tribute of my profound gratitude to Jody, Amy and Jordan from my experience… I genuinely fail short of words for Jody. Beyond her technical skill and life experiences, Jody has an exceptional gift of truly connecting with patients. I always felt heard, understood, and supported throughout the entire process. She creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes even the toughest moments of therapy feel manageable. What really stood out to me was the empathy and patience that Jody demonstrated. I never felt rushed, and every visit felt like I had a true partner with a mother’s touch in my healing process. Her encouragement and positive attitude kept me motivated, and I felt supported every step of the way. Jody has an incredible ability to assess and identify exactly where the problems lie and how to address them in a way that is both effective and manageable. The exercises and stretches she designed for me were perfectly calibrated to my progress — never too difficult but always pushing me to improve. Jody also took the time to explain the reasoning behind each exercise, ensuring I understood how they were contributing to my recovery. I never felt like I was doing something just because — it always made sense. I can say with complete confidence that Jody is an extraordinary physical therapist who goes above and beyond in every way, a true blessing for me. What truly sets Amy apart is her level of expertise and approachability. She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly assess my condition, and explain the underlying causes of my frozen shoulder in a way that was easy to understand. The personalized treatment plan that she developed was comprehensive, and it made all the difference. What truly impressed me was the holistic approach Amy took from day one. Amy made certain that each session was tailored to my specific needs and limitations, and the care I received was consistently thoughtful and individualized. Thank you Amy. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Jordan during the course of my treatment of a severe inflamed frozen shoulder. He would personally come over to check on me and check on my condition and progress. The most approachable therapist whose encouragement and positive attitude kept me highly motivated, and I felt supported every step of the way. I’m now back to doing most of my daily activities largely pain-free, and I couldn’t be more grateful. If you're dealing with a frozen shoulder or any other physical condition, I wholeheartedly recommend team OSI Maplewood [Jody, Amy and Jordan]. They are not just a skilled therapist, but also a compassionate and caring professional team who genuinely want the best for their patients. Best PT place I've ever been to! Amazing staff is so welcoming and sweet. I had Jordan as my physical therapist while I was pregnant, I had Amy for birth prep and postpartum, and I had Jodi for postpartum recovery too!! My elderly mother had a wonderful experience with therapists Jordon and Jody.  When services started she was in need of assisted living services with bathing, dressing, transferring in and out of her wheelchair,  and tasks requiring standing and balance. After 4 months of therapy she is can now stand to complete tasks, transfer in and out of her chair and can walk short distances with the aid of her walker.  Her strength has greatly improved and no assisted living services are now needed.  Jordon and Jody have given her the confidence she needed for a positive future.
