A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Jody has been a practicing PTA with OSI for over 25 years with 27 years experience as a PTA in orthopedics. She works with all musculoskeletal conditions, including TMJ and has a special interest in non operative and post operative knee and shoulder conditions. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, including dancers and athletes. Jody takes time to really get to know her patients, their passions and goals for therapy. She believes that educating her patients about their condition, the importance of exercise and how to self manage after therapy is key to a patient’s long term success.
Spare Time Activities
Jody loves spending time with her husband, working out, fishing, taking walks with her black lab, Bo and taking in live music. She also enjoys time with her children and their families as well as time with friends. In the winter she can be found curled by the fire reading or watching a move and in the warmer months outside from dawn until bedtime, usually with her hands in the dirt.

What patients are saying
“While I was on vacation, I was able to play frisbee on the beach without hurting my knee or my foot, and I have started riding my bike again. Seldom do I feel the knee or foot in my activities. I certainly would not be enjoying these activities if it wasn’t for Jody.”
“You guys are the best physical therapists ever and I am so glad I got you guys to motivate me through everything!”
“I want to express my sincere appreciation for the physical therapy I am receiving at OSI working with Brittany and Jody. Having had a previous total knee replacement, I know working collaboratively with the physical therapy professionals is extremely important to a full recovery. Brittany and Jody have joined me in that recovery endeavor. They provide constant encouragement along with challenges designed to give me confidence using my new left knee. I appreciate all that has been done for me at OSI.”
