OSI is excited to announce the launch of OSI Total Care! You can be a part of this outstanding program we will be offering to all our amazing past, present and future clients starting January 31st.
OSI Total Care is a comprehensive, goal-oriented wellness program that will include individualized exercise programming, monthly 1:1 visits with your physical therapist as well as 3 additional “booster” self-directed sessions with access to our facilities. OSI Total care will also include personalized home exercise program development and coaching, complementary assessments, and education on sleep, stress, and nutritional habits. Participants in the program will also have options for additional individual services such as recovery boots, cupping, soft tissue work, blood flow restriction training, ultrasound, and dry needling where available.

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
OSI Total Care is a monthly subscription-based wellness program designed for any patient past, present or future, looking to take control of their health, especially those who may have multiple conditions that have been treated (or not treated) in the past.
WHAT DOES THIS PROGRAM INCLUDE?
OSI Total Care is a subscription-based, goal-oriented, wellness program managed by a fitness-forward physical therapist that allows clients monthly 1:1 access to their physical therapist as well as 3 other self-directed booster sessions per month that includes access to their physical therapist and equipment in the facility to complete their personalized gym program. Clients will be allowed to purchase different packages: 3, 6 and 12 months based on needs. Clients will also have access to a la cart services that can be performed outside of their 1:1 or booster sessions such as instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, compressive recovery boots, dry needling, blood flow restriction training, ultrasound and more!

WHY ARE WE OFFERING TOTAL CARE?
OSI Total Care was designed to help fill a giant void that we see day-in and day-out between clients rehabilitating an acute injury and them getting on track to optimizing their wellness. Too many times after clients are done receiving physical therapy for an injury or surgery, they are just “discharged” and not provided with appropriate guidance on how to keep their fitness journey moving forward. OSI’s Total Care will provide the individualized help clients need to stay on track towards improved health and fitness while receiving a program tailored to their medical/rehabilitation history, goals and needs.
