Physical Therapy Challenge #1: Can You Do This?

Here’s an advanced hip exercise for you.  This is a great exercise for someone who needs advanced hip exercises that incorporates balance and strength on one leg while moving and strengthening opposite sides.

Make sure the leg that you are standing on keeps the knee pointing straight ahead while the moving leg focuses on hip muscles lifting the leg.  Great for runners!  Good luck!
