Customer Service / Sales Associate

This position will play a key role in the organizations’s growth by creating opportunities to educate new and existing patients on the expertise and service we provide in the areas of physical and occupational therapy. As a member of our centralized Customer Care Team, this position will be responsible for conducting outbound calls and responding to both incoming calls and online requests from prospective patients and referral sources in an effort to secure new patients. In addition, this position will provide back-up for the Customer Care Team by handling incoming calls and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications must include previous sales and call center experience. Health care industry experience strongly desired. Bachelors degree preferred. Professional interpersonal skills with a positive and energetic approach displaying significant passion, enthusiasm and dedication to providing superior customer service. Experience with EMR and scheduling systems.

Compensation will include a base hourly rate with the opportunity to earn incentive income based on increasing the volume of new patients.

Certified Athletic Trainer-Casual

OSI Physical Therapy is seeking a casual to part-time Certified Athletic Trainer to cover school events when double trainer coverage is needed, extra events are scheduled, or to fill in for vacations. ATC must be licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Primary role includes providing athletic training services, including injury prevention, evaluation, management and basic rehabilitation at the schools.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Must be NATABOC Certified
  • Must have MN and WI License or be eligible for WI License.
  • Provide athletic training services and knowledge for the prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation of athletic injuries and illnesses.
  • Provide emergency management and treatment.
  • Provide healthcare and athletic training services at youth sporting events.
  • Maintain proper documentation.
  • Effectively work with the Athletic Training Manager, Activity Director, coaches, athletes, and the families of athletes to improve the abilities of the athletes to compete safely and effectively.
  • Communicate with Athletic Training Manager, Activity Director, clinic managers, other healthcare providers, coaches, athletes, and the families of athletes.
  • Effectively work with other health care providers who also work with athletics.
  • Efficiently work with clinicians to provide support for the day to day activities.
  • Additional job requirements and tasks as needed.
