Seven Day Squat Challenge!!!

Day 1 – 20 squats

Day 2 – 30 squats

Day 3 – 40 squats

Day 4 – 50 squats

Day 5 – 60 squats

Day 6 – 70 squats

Day 7 – 80 squats 

As we increase reps, take a 10 second rest between every 20 squats!
