Julie has over 30 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. She likes to treat a variety of orthopedic conditions including upper extremity, lower extremity, and spine. She utilizes a combination of manual therapy techniques, corrective and customized exercises, and patient education in body mechanics and posture. She also likes to work on balance, gait, and strengthening for balance training and falls prevention.
Spare Time Activities
In her spare time, Julie loves to walk, golf, downhill ski, read books and spend time at the lake with family and friends. She is an avid Gopher sports fan and likes to watch football, hockey and volleyball.
