After getting her Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Western Technical College, Kaite started working in a transitional care unit and then to an outpatient clinic. She appreciates the experience in both settings but enjoys the exciting outpatient world where she can work with a variety of patients in a wide range of ages and see many different diagnosis. Working with orthopedic injuries, especially the knee and hip, is what she really finds interest in working with. Kaite is pursuing her interest to learn more about Kinesio Tape and all the different uses for it, whether to help reduce pain and inflammation or to help support joints and increase mobility.
In Kaite’s spare time she really enjoys getting outside and going for a run or going for a hike in the beautiful state parks Minnesota has to offer. In the summer she enjoys spending time on the Mississippi River with either a good book in her hands or playing card games (especially euchre) with friends and family. She loves listening to music especially if it is live and will always try to catch a football or baseball game, especially if it is the Tennessee Titans or Chicago Cubs!
