Shanna Pauley

Shanna plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for our patients at the front desk of our Somerset clinic. Shanna works closely with OSI’s patients as the first point of contact. She will greet you with a friendly smile and help get you checked in when you arrive for your appointment, making sure you feel comfortable and informed about the process of your PT appointment. Over the last four years at OSI, Shanna has loved getting to know the many people who come through our doors and being part of a team that’s deeply committed to helping others.

Outside of work, Shanna enjoys spending quality time with her kids and three grandchildren. She finds peace in nature, especially going for walks and hikes. She also has two dogs, Rylee and Tucker.
