Shanna Pauley

Shanna is often the first voice new patients hear at OSI. She leads our call center team, helping patients schedule their initial evaluations, gathering essential paperwork and insurance details, and making sure every patient starts their journey with a seamless experience. Over the last four years at OSI, Shanna has loved getting to know the many people who come through our doors and being part of a team that’s deeply committed to helping others.

Outside of work, Shanna enjoys spending quality time with her kids and three grandchildren. She finds peace in nature, especially going for walks and hikes. She also has two dogs, Rylee and Tucker.
