Sam has been a valuable member of the OSI team for 4 years. She began her journey in our Call Center and now plays a crucial behind-the-scenes role handling insurance verifications and prior authorizations. Sam enjoys the independence of her work and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly on the insurance side—so our patients can focus on healing, not paperwork.
Get to know Sam
Sam got married in October 2023 and is excited to be expecting her first baby in the fall of 2025. Earlier this year, she and her husband bought their first home and have been happily tackling projects and updates to make it their own.
She shares her heart and her home with Remington, her 8-year-old Black Lab mix, who she lovingly calls her “heart dog.”
Fun fact: Sam is a fraternal twin! And when she’s in need of a pick-me-up, you’ll likely find her sipping on her favorite drink from Caribou (a Cookies & Cream Cooler!).
