Paula plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for our patients at the front desk of our Forest Lake clinic. Paula works closely with OSI’s patients as the first point of contact. She will greet you with a friendly smile and help get you checked in when you arrive for your appointment, making sure you feel comfortable and informed about the process of your PT appointment.
