Madison plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for our patients at the front desk of our Shoreview clinic. Madison works closely with OSI’s patients as the first point of contact. She will greet you with a friendly smile and help get you checked in when you arrive for your appointment, making sure you feel comfortable and informed about the process of your PT appointment. What Madison loves most about working at OSI is the welcoming, family-like culture. She appreciates how supportive and helpful her team is and enjoys being part of an environment that encourages connection and growth.
Get to Know Madison
Outside of work, Madison is always up for an adventure. She loves the outdoors – especially hiking, camping, and exploring Minnesota’s North Shore. She also enjoys going to concerts and music festivals, downhill skiing in the winter, and relaxing at home with a good book, movie, or DIY project.
Madison grew up on a hobby farm surrounded by horses, chickens, bunnies, dogs, and cats. She competed in rodeos, played tennis and softball, cross-country skied, and was actively involved in 4-H. She now shares her home with two cats, Franks and Beans.
