Front Desk Coordinator + Billing Liaison
Diane plays a key role in keeping OSI running smoothly behind the scenes. She leads the training and support of our front desk team across all clinics, ensuring patients are welcomed with consistency and care. She also serves as a vital link between our front office and billing departments by managing records, answering billing questions, and keeping processes organized and on track.
What Diane loves most about her role at OSI is the people: both the amazing team she works alongside and the patients she gets to know. She finds joy in hearing their stories, connecting with their families, and being part of their care journey.
Whether she’s mentoring staff, supporting clinics, or troubleshooting issues, Diane is committed to making sure both patients and team members feel supported every step of the way.
Get to know Diane
Outside of work, Diane is all about family, fun, and fresh air. She’s an avid golfer, loves spending time with her grandkids, and tends to her garden in the summer. In the winter, you’ll often find her working on a puzzle while cheering on the Minnesota Wild. She’s also a devoted Fantasy Football player who doesn’t mess around come draft season!
At home, Diane is never far from her beloved 8-year-old Cockapoo, Charley – who insists on bringing her favorite stuffed toy along on every walk!
