Based in our West Saint Paul Clinic, Brooke supports both front desk operations and the call center team. Brooke works closely with OSI’s patients as the first point of contact. She will greet you with a friendly smile and help you get checked in when you arrive for your appointment, making sure you feel comfortable and informed about the process of your PT appointment. She helps ensure smooth communication, scheduling, and coordination between clinics and patients.

Outside of work, Brooke loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants around the Twin Cities, and diving into arts and crafts – crocheting is her favorite creative outlet!
