Jen has been a loyal employee at OSI for over 20 years. She started out at the West Saint Paul front desk but has transitioned to a supervisor role. She oversees the daily operations ensuring patients receive excellent service and care. For Jen, the most rewarding part of working at OSI is watching patients progress and begin to feel better throughout their care. Being part of their healing journey is something she finds genuinely meaningful.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, road trips, photography, or attending a play. When not adventuring, she can be found at home curled up with a cat or 4 while reading a good book.
