A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Matt is a clinically trained physical therapist with significant training in all orthopedic conditions. Matt is a licensed athletic trainer with experience working with all levels or athletics which include: professional football, college sports (hockey, softball, volleyball), time in the Junior National Hockey League, and high school sports. He earned is Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to help bridge the gap between rehabilitation and promoting a healthy lifestyle through fitness. A typical appointment with Matt consists of getting to know the patient, their difficulties, and limitations they are experiencing. Treatment techniques vary from the use of hands on interventions to improve symptoms, with progression towards strengthening to help manage symptoms and prevent reoccurrence. Matt looks forward to meeting you in person, working together to meet your goals and improve your quality of life.
Spare Time Activities
Away from work, Matt enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and hiking. After work you will find him in the gym working out by lifting weights, running and staying active. He has a love for music, especially on vinyl in a variety of different genres.
