A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Greg is from Roseville, MN where he attended Roseville Area High School. From there he went on to completes bachelors degree in psychology and pre-physical therapy. For graduate school he attended the Mayo School of Health Sciences in Rochester, MN where he obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. While attending graduate school, he earned his certified strength and conditioning specialist designation and became a personal trainer. After graduate school he took a strong interest in manual therapy, completing a year-long manual therapy certification/residency. Greg specializes in treating the spine, recreational and competitive sports injuries, weight-lifting injuries, management of the Olympic weight lifter or CrossFit athlete and concussions. He also sees post-operative going replacements, rotator cuff repairs, meniscal repairs, ACL reconstructions, and other orthopedic surgeries. Greg enjoys coaching people through an injury, whether it is post-operative or non-operative but he really enjoys pushing his patients to find what their limits really are, and if they will let him, allow them to get more fit than when they walked in the door.
Greg also really enjoys working with those who serve. On top of his job at OSI, he also works as a physical therapist and medical officer in the Minnesota National Guard. This has allowed him to expand his practice where he is treating injuries immediately as they happen, working with soldiers to either get them to another specialist or treat them and get them back out training, on the field as soon as possible. Additionally, he has worked with soldiers across the state to optimize health and physical performance through a comprehensive fitness program.
Spare Time Activities
Greg enjoys time with his family (wife, daughter, son and dog) walking around Lake Elmo Park Reserve, working out, lifting weights, fishing (ice and open water), hunting, traveling and or course watching the greatest team on earth, the Green Bay Packers.
