Recipe #1: Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Salmon and Rainbow Veggies

This meal is not only pretty to look at it is also full of flavor and nutrients. The best part is you can switch out any of the vegetables with ones you love – like carrots, brussel sprouts, or sweet potatoes. Eat the rainbow!

Main Ingredients:

  • Salmon or Tofu
  • Baby Tomatoes
  • Yellow Squash
  • Broccoli
