This is one my favorite quotes. I heard it a couple years ago. I can’t tell you where or from whom, but I can remember it word for word. It is the theory in this statement makes us most successful! I’m grateful to continue to have great teams to work with. The strength and conditioning program at New Richmond High School is no different. Together, we continue to work and grow, improving the outcomes and success of the athletes we work with.
