Tips For Rescheduling Your Appointment

Happy Fall Everyone! Hope you are enjoying those beautiful colors thus far! I would like to touch base with you on the importance of rescheduling your appointment.

We understand things come up such as emergencies, sickness, and work. If you are calling to cancel your appointment, please make sure you reschedule that appointment with us in the Customer Relations Department. Your wellness and health means a lot to you AND us and we want to make sure that you don’t miss your appointment with your team of therapists.

One suggestion I have for you is if you have to cancel and do not have your schedule with at the time of the call,  put down an alternative appointment so your therapists do not fill up and you can continue your care. Call back when you have your schedule out in front of you and give us a call to move that alternative appointment if it does not work out for you.
