Recipe #1: Apple & Great Grains Shake

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz water, almond milk, or vanilla yogurt
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 red or green apple (cored), sliced into wedges
    • Tip: Leave the skin on for extra nutrients
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • ¼ cup of oats (uncooked)
  • 2 tbsp of almonds
  • Ice as needed
  • Dash of cinnamon

Blend it all together in a blender, and enjoy!

 

Recipe #2: Apple Banana Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1/2 of a Granny Smith apple (cored)
    • Tip: Leave the skin on for extra nutrients
  • 1 cup of non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup of ice, or as needed
  • Dash of cinnamon

Blend it all together in a blender, and enjoy!
