PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Job Description
OSI Physical Therapy is seeking full-time orthopedic PTs with a high caliber of skill and desire to be the best at what they do. The Twin Cities has a highly competitive health care market and we are seeking therapists who not only have a higher level of skill, but also for those who have an interest in growing, developing, and investing in our organization.
PTs who meet this description will work in one of our 10 outpatient clinics. They will be required to deliver triple aim services (excellent outcomes, excellent customer service, and delivering care in a cost effective manner). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provides quality care through evaluative measures, establishing POCs which take into account patients’ goals and the triple aim, and completes discharges and outcome tracking.
- Administers physical therapy treatments.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Assists with developing physical therapy staff by providing information and/or developing and conducting in-service training programs.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
Desired Skills & Experience
For this position, OSI requires a minimum of 2 years experience and we are seeking candidates who have either completed, are in the process of completing, or have one of the following certification within 2 years of hire:
- OCS
- SCS
- Manual Fellowship (OMPT or similar)
- NAIOMT Certification (Various Levels of Completion Accepted)
