As a former high school athlete and collegiate softball player, I have a strong interest and passion for treating a wide variety of sports related injuries. I also enjoy treating all types of orthopedic conditions related to the general population using manual therapy skills in combination with therapeutic exercise to help patients return to their regular daily activities.

In my orthopedic / sports medicine practice, I utilize patient education, manual therapy techniques, and functional exercises to effectively treat people of all ages. My personal and clinical experience in sports medicine / orthopedics allows me to treat a variety of upper / lower extremity and spinal conditions. Each day I try to create a fun and motivating environment where we work as a team to accomplish specific goals. In our clinic patients achieve incredible results on a daily basis. I also provide onsite physical therapy services at 3M including treatment of injuries and input regarding proper office ergonomics.

Certified Athletic Trainer
I enjoy working with athletes and sports injuries, having played sports most of my life. My background allows me to treat a variety of injuries with a focus on core stabilization. My goal is to allow the patient to become independent with a home exercise program, but have fun along the way. My treatments incorporate exercises and many times manual therapy techniques to restore normal movement.
