Being both a physical therapist and athletic trainer has given me a strong interest in orthopedics and sports medicine which I use to treat athletes of all ages, levels, and types. Beyond the realm of the more common sports, I also have a great deal of experience with injuries from skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, climbing, and other adventure type sports.

I have multiple years of experience treating a variety of muscle, bone, and joint problems from the athlete, to the worker, to the active senior. I emphasize a sports medicine approach with active exercise and individualize your treatment plan to make sure you return to your activities and sports.
