3 Important Tips When You Call To Make Your First Appointment
Greetings! I hope you all are enjoying the nice spring like weather we are having!! It sure is nice to see the warm sun, and green grass!!
When you call us to schedule an appointment we ask you a couple questions – here are a few things to help you when you are scheduling.
We will need to have your insurance information, identification number, group number as well as who is the policy holder and their date of birth. This information helps us get you set up and verified before your first visit.
2) Worker’s Comp:
If the insurance is going to be a workers compensation, auto or Liability, we need to have your claim number, date of injury, adjusters name and phone number. We need this information before we can set up the appointment so we can make sure that it will be billed properly.
3) Doctor Referral:
Another question that we ask is if there is a doctor who is referring you. If you can have this information for us when you schedule your appointment, it will help us track down the doctors order if you need one.
